In 2001, we were the first to implement a completely innovative industrial strawberries processing system that breaks with the traditional scheme, achieving a finished product of higher quality. It results in a product with higher viscosity, preserves the natural color of strawberries, and maintains a higher level of vitamin C content.
Our main objective is to contribute to the development of businesses and the improvement of our clients’ productivity. We do this by supplying specific used equipment and developing improvement projects. This allows our clients to enhance the performance of their productions and the quality of their products.
Within our portfolio of solutions, we offer proposals for production lines designed for the transformation of fruits into various products such as:
- Fruit and juices
- Concentrates
- Puree and cream
- Jams
Machinery for the processing of strawberries and other berries
- Fruit reception units: These are containers designed for the initial reception of fresh berries. They provide an adequate space for the discharge and preliminary classification of the fruit, allowing a continuous and organized flow in the production process.
- Fruit Washing Units: These machines thoroughly clean fruits, removing dirt and contaminants with water jets and brushes.
- Elevator and Wash Module: This system lifts and washes fruits, ensuring cleanliness during transitions between processing stages.
- Selection and Classification Units: Operators use these units to visually inspect and sort fruits based on size, color, and quality.
- Turbo-Pulper with an Inert Atmosphere System: This high-speed machine mechanically breaks down fruits into pulp while minimizing oxidation.
- Enzyme Inactivation with Annular Heat Exchangers: Annular heat exchangers deactivate enzymes in fruit puree, extending shelf life and preserving quality.
- Forced Circulation Evaporator: This equipment concentrates fruit juices by evaporating water under controlled conditions.
- Pasteurizer: Heat treatment destroys harmful microorganisms in fruit products while retaining quality.
- Degassing / Aeration Unit: Removes excess air and gases from fruit products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Filler / aseptic bag filler bag-in-drums: This machine is responsible for aseptically packaging the processed products in bag-in-drums, ensuring their preservation during storage and transportation.
